thirty six

hallelujah... 4 more weeks (well 5 i guess) tops until we get to meet this sweet baby girl in my tummy. we're getting so excited. we've been keeping busy with washing mini clothes (ps, why is everything so much cuter in a mini size?), setting up the pack n play and swing, packing hospital bags (okay, that's still on my to do list), installing car seats, and making sure everything is ready for her arrival. here's my latest:

How far along? 36 weeks
Total weight gain: holy 30 lbs
Maternity clothes? you know it. although i'd pretty much prefer to be in my new super comfy and soft robe 24/7 now... the less clothes the better.
Stretch marks? no... but i'm suuuuuper paranoid about them. i ask austin almost every day to examine my belly to make sure they aren't appearing yet. and when he says "no babe, still nothing" i kinda don't believe it. my eyes are playing tricks on me i swear.
Sleep: eh... it depends. i'm normally a back sleeper and since i can't sleep on my back, i'm stuck on my sides... so i wake up every so often and have to switch sides.
Best moment this week: washing all the mini clothes. and getting her sweet little nursery all ready.
Miss Anything? my clothes.
Movement: yep... she's like a mexican jumping bean in there.
Food cravings: coke. and m&ms. together. and taco bell crunchwrap supremes. healthy? yea, i know.
Anything making you queasy or sick: nope.
Gender: bambina.
Labor Signs: back pain. constant back pain.
Symptoms: heartburn. hello tums.
Belly Button in or out? ehh... it's pretty flat now.
Wedding rings on or off? on.
Happy or Moody? ha ha ha ha austin would say moody. i've been in the breakdown stage cause nothing fits, my feet were swollen the other day (for like 5 minutes cause i still think i can wear 5 inch heels all day... which i can. and i did. and i've been in flats since.), i can eat like no ones business, and i just found out that we're taking family pictures when i'm 38 weeks pregnant. that's right, i'm going to be the cutest one there... with a paper bag over my head. ugh... i won't vent anymore... hubs has already heard the worst of it. and bless his sweet heart he just listens to me rant and says, "babe, i think you look great." which is what a loving husband is supposed to say when you waddle, run into things with your belly and eat taco bell daily. gosh i love him.

here's a little sneak peek of the maternity pictures we had done a few weeks ago... more to come soon!
